Youthering is a combination of the words Youth and Gathering,

Youthering is a combination of the words Youth and Gathering, where in this agenda IYD Local Chapter builds a forum for meetings and discussions for young people in East Kalimantan with cross-fields of interest.   

In addition to providing an overview of the implementation of the Y20 Indonesia 2022 Pre-Summit III in Balikpapan, Youthering will invite youth from various cross-sector youth organizations and communities to take part as participants in this international meeting, considering that Y20 is a meeting specifically for youth.   

This is of course one of the hopes that youth exist to inspire each other and collaborate for the region and nation, besides of course increasing literacy about national and international events.  

The whole series of events were carried out such as the delivery of the 3rd Y20 Indonesia Pre-Summit in Balikpapan and the talk show entitled 'Youth Contribution through Organizations/Communities for East Kalimantan' with Sulthan Nur Hidayatullah and Utari Octavianty as guest speakers in the yothering activities held in Balikpapan. Participants involved in youthering activities are representatives of communities or organizations in Balikpapan. The entire series of youthering activities was well organized and held a joint opening with all community representatives.
