This division encourages the implementation of the IYD routine program, establishes communication with IYD program partners, participants and vendors, as well as constructs and prepares creative strategies for new and ongoing agendas.

General Requirements :

• Youth aged 18-25
• Available to start & working voluntary from March 2024 - March 2025
• Has experience in relatable position
• Domicile in East Kalimantan (preferably in Balikpapan and Samarinda)

Specific Requirement Program Division :

• Experienced in organizing and executing projects, programs and/or events.
• Be able to think creatively and innovatively, as well as think critically.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and communicates effectively and shows initiative.
• Have ability to operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Working with a flexible schedule and be able to work under pressure.
• Have the ability to work well independently and with a team.

Job desk's :

• Organize, plan, and executing programs, projects, or events.
• Responsible for and handling every program, project, events and/or meeting.
• Coordinate and communicate every activity to the Daily Governing Body (BPH) and all divisions in the Indonesia Youth Diplomacy Local Chapter, East Kalimantan.
