Candidate General Requirements:

• Age 18 – 35
• Preferably residing in/coming from the Kalimantan Timur
• Have good communication skills in English
• Have strong interest and background in local empowerment and diplomacy
• Able to commit for one year term starting from July 2025 - 30 June 2026

Specific Requirement Program Division :

• Experienced in organizing and executing projects, program and/or events.
• Be able to think creatively and innovatively, as well as think critically.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and communicates effectively and shows initiative.
• Have ability to operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Working with a flexible schedule and be able to work under pressure.
• Have ability to work well independently and with a team.

Job desc :

• Organizing, planning, and executing programs, projects, or events.
• Responsible for and handling every program, project, event and/or meeting.
• Coordinating and communicating every activity to the Excecutive Board and all divisions in the Indonesia Youth Diplomacy Local Chapter Kalimantan Timur.
