Candidate General Requirements:

• Age 18 – 35
• Preferably residing in/coming from the Kalimantan Timur
• Have good communication skills in English
• Have strong interest and background in local empowerment and diplomacy
• Able to commit for one year term starting from July 2025 - 30 June 2026

Specific Requirements (People Division):

• Intermediate English Skills (Spoken/Written)
• Has strong communication skill especially verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and as a team
• Has experience in event organizing
• Has good interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement development programs to enhance the skills the organization members

Job desk's :

• Creating, organizing and implementing internal upgrading to develop
• IYD members skills.
• Facilitating and Managing communication between members.
• Coordinating or sending representative member of IYD to participate in some
• Event from other/external organization.
• Managing good relationships within organizations, stakeholders etc.
