General  Requirements :

• Age 18 – 35
• Preferably residing in/coming from the Kalimantan Timur
• Have good communication skills in English
• Have strong interest and background in local empowerment and diplomacy
• Able to commit for one year term starting from July 2025 - 30 June 2026

• Has strong verbal communication skill.
• Can be contacted easily.
• Working with a flexible schedule.
• Have the ability in time management.o Ability to work with a team.
• Have ability to operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Job Desc :

• Responsible for identifying, approaching, and maintaining relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Create and develop partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, and official collaboration documents (e.g. MoU).
• Coordinate with external parties (government, private sector, NGOs, etc.) to
• support organizational programs and events.
• Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and partnership negotiations. Monitor ongoing partnerships and ensure timely follow-ups, deliverables, and mutual commitments.
