This division facilitates every community need in both internal and external parties, such as the relation of public with the organization and vice versa. This division also manages participants and logistical needs in all scheduled and upcoming events.

General Requirements:

• Youth aged 18-30
• Available to start & working voluntary from March 2024 - March 2025
• Has experience in relatable position
• Domicile in East Kalimantan

Specific Requirement HR/LO Division :

• Intermediate English Skills (Spoken/Written) 
• Has strong communication skill especially verbal
• ⁠Ability to work under pressure and as a team 
• ⁠Has experience in event organizing
• Has good interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement development programs to enhance the skills of the organization members

Job desks :

• Creating, Organizing and Implementing internal upgrading to develop IYD members skills 
• Facilitating and Managing communication between members ⁠
• Cordinating⁠ or sending representative member of IYD to participate in some event from other/external organization
• ⁠Managing good relationships within organizations, stakeholders etc.
