Requirement:

An inspirational young Indonesian citizen
Be aged between 18 and 35 years old
Able to hold a decent conversation in English Have demonstrated their capacity in a leadership role
Have an interest in global issues
Able to commit fully to the Indonesian Youth
Diplomacy until August 2025

Jobdesc / Responsibilites:

Executive Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for the local chapter, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision and mission.
Program Design & Implementation
- Oversee the development and execution of impactful LC's programs and activities, ensuring alignment with the chapter's mission and goals.
Strategic Planning & Management
- Develop and implement goals, manage resources effectively, and monitor progress towards achieving strategic objectives.
Governance & Adherence
- Ensure the IYD LC's operations comply with established policies, bylaws, and guidelines of the lYD HQ.
Member Development & Engagement
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment, promote membership growth, and implement strategies to foster member retention.
Communication & External Relations
- Serve as the IYD LC's primary representative and establish effective communication channels with members, lYD HQ, and other relevant stakeholders.
